Melbourne Law School offers a wide range of human rights subjects at undergraduate and graduate levels. Existing subjects provide a comprehensive and detailed study of both public and international aspects of human rights law, and cover areas of traditional interest as well as topics of great importance brought about by globalisation.
The Undergraduate Program
The Undergraduate Program offers a range of human rights subjects and others that contain a substantial human rights component.
The Graduate Program
The Graduate Program entails the Master of Laws by Coursework, the Master of Laws by Coursework and Minor Thesis, the Diploma in Human Rights Law, the Juris Doctor, and the Research Higher Degree Program.
